This Swedish technique offers a soothing touch with a lovely flow on a heated massage table. Pressure is light to medium, but can also be turned into a Deep Tissue Swedish Massage which is the same description as above, but with more pressure. You can customize this massage [ex. shoulders, back, neck only]
*Add hot stone $15 or CBD crème $20 for the ultimate relaxation
This popular technique is a combination of relaxing Swedish + invigorating techniques with light to deeper pressure on a heated table [heat optional]. While this is just as soothing + relaxing as the Swedish Relaxation Massage, this massage offers more pressure, targeted work on knots/tight areas, and stretches as needed [neck, arms, hands, legs, low back, feet] This session is also customizable where you can choose focal points on areas of concern. [ex. please spend more time on my right shoulder, left calf + feet]
*Add hot stone $15 and/or Theragun tool $15 to help loosen tight muscles/tissue
Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. A specific prenatal pillow is used for pregnant clients so they may lay face down with comfort. Another option to receive back work is to lay on their left side. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.
This incredibly effective treatment soothes achy sore muscles by combining Swedish + Therapeutic modalities, using Arnica, Eucalyptus Menthol Salve, pure CBD extract, hot stones + hot pack compressions for the ultimate “pain relief” massage. Pressure is light to deeper, your choice. If you feel “everything hurts” and need concentration on multiple areas, this is the session for you!
Pamper your feet while you lay on a heated massage table [heat optional] with this 60min foot treatment + foot massage! This lovely technique focuses entirely on restoring feet health. It starts with an invigorating sea salt foot scrub, followed by a relaxing Swedish massage, incorporating hot stones + Reflexology.
*I also massage the calves/shins gently [optional]
This technique is all about the scalp + neck using Energy work, Craniosacral Therapy, as well as relaxing Swedish modalities with Organic Jojoba, Shea Butter, Chamomile + Eucalyptus Menthol Salve. If you feel you want to “Quiet the mind” this session is for you. This is a very gentle massage with light to medium pressure. You can combine this technique with another for a longer session. [Sometimes clients add this 30min technique to a 60min Swedish Relaxation Massage]
*Craniosacral Therapy is a very light, gentle approach that helps eliminate physical + emotional stress by rebalancing cerebrospinal fluid
This technique is exactly the Therapeutic Massage, except with extremely deep pressure, as well as heat therapy using hot packs along your major muscle groups. If you enjoy/prefer really deep pressure and don’t mind feeling sore for a day to a multiple days, this is for you. This session is also customizable to target specific areas/avoid other areas [ex. let’s focus on my shoulders and neck, can skip legs/feet]
*Add Theragun $15 and/or Cupping $15 to help with extremely tight muscles in an area such as shoulders or mid back, so on.
•If the pressure is too much, we can always revert the session to a Therapeutic Massage with lighter medium to deep pressure.
•I strongly suggest drinking ample water before + after any massage, especially a deep tissue massage in particular. I also suggest icing the areas you feel sore the following day with an ice pack or frozen bag of veggies about 20-25min at a time, a few times a day until feeling less sore. You can alternate heat/ice as well. Very gently stretch the areas after a warm shower.
•This is NOT a “get in there as hard as you can” using elbows to dig as hard as possible, where the client or therapist can get injured. There is a proper method to affective deep tissue sessions. If you’d like to try one, book today!
My table is heated however, you can also add hot stones to your massage which feels lovely, enhances relaxation, and helps taught/tight tissue + muscles relax. It also helps you feel less sore post massage along with hydrating properly.
*Please note, the stones are monitored extremely carefully, and not placed while very hot directly on your skin. I can assure you it’s quite a relaxing experience. Please always speak up if uncomfortable at any point for any reason [ex. too much pressure or not enough, even tho I do check in during your first session especially]
